No TaleDale content may be copied, reproduced, republished, sold, redistributed, translated, adapted, scraped, or used to train artificial intelligence or machine-learning systems without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
Requests for Permission

Reporting Copyright Infringement
TaleDale respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that material available on this website infringes copyright that you own or are authorized to represent, please send a written notice to:

Your notice should include:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved.
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material and information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it, including the exact TaleDale URL.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
Incomplete notices may delay our ability to investigate or respond.
Our Response
After receiving a sufficiently detailed notice, we may investigate the claim, contact the relevant parties, remove or restrict access to the material, or take other appropriate action. Removal of material does not necessarily constitute an admission of infringement.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you provided was removed or restricted because of a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to contact@taledale.com.
Where applicable, the counter-notification should include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the removed material and the location where it previously appeared.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed because of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- Any jurisdiction and service-of-process statements required by applicable law.
We may forward a valid notice or counter-notification, including the sender’s contact information, to the affected party or relevant service provider.
Repeat Infringement
Where appropriate, TaleDale may restrict submissions or access associated with repeated or serious copyright infringement.
Misrepresentations
Submitting a knowingly false or misleading copyright notice or counter-notification may result in legal consequences. Consider obtaining legal advice if you are uncertain whether material infringes your rights.
